  Everything was perfect until today. First time I visited, one of the girls measured me wrong so I got the wrong size bras, then I got re-measured and got more bras after returning the first two. Then, the second set’s wires started hurting me so I had to exchanged the bra to new ones, it did the same so I ended up returning them. Ultimately, I ended up with four bras. One of them had a loose hook so it kept coming undone every time I raised my right arm. I felt bad for returning a previous bra so I tried to like the bra that gave me inconvenience; I just couldn’t. So today, I went to return the bra and I was told they won’t take any more returns ‘like that’ from me. Which I have no problem with cause I like the other three bras I have from them, but it was very offensive how the lady worded it. She said since she offered to re-measure my size and I keep coming back, she doesn’t want to take any more returns from me. When I told her it wasn’t the size it was the bra, she said it wasn’t the point. None of that made sense to me so I told her that the way she worded things were offensive then took the return and left. The only reason why she kept seeing me around was because I kept looking for more things to buy but she wouldn’t know she was never the one to help me in the store. Will not return again. Other girls are very sweet and helpful so it’s a shame.
